We renovated our house in the summer and fall of 2010 to add a master bedroom and bathroom over an existing garage. This addition has been fantastic for our family.

I gotta say I'm jealous... our bathroom is sooooo small!!!! Our dream is to do a second story addition with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Maybe in 20 years!
